Dave Williams CEO, President, and Co-Founder

Dave is recognized as one of the nation's leading innovators and thought leaders in the digital advertising industry, social media advertising, and search engine marketing and optimization. He brings a significant depth of experience in the interactive advertising space which helps clients identify key industry trends and how to capitalize on them to have a significant impact on their business and competitive advantage.

His most recent venture, BLiNQ Media is a social engagement advertising company based in the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) business accelerator program based in Midtown Atlanta. BLiNQ develops and markets industry-leading advertising technology and services that engage consumers to build brands across social networks like Facebook. The business is focused on delivering rapid and scalable solutions that make it easy for brands to deliver break-through results in social networks.

Prior to founding BLiNQ Media, Williams was co-founder and chief strategist for 360i, one of the country's leading search marketing firms. The company was recognized by Advertising Age as one of the "Hottest Digital Agencies," honored by Google as its #1 US partner with its Marketing Machine Award, cited as a "Leader" and "Research Powerhouse" in Forrester's 2009 Search Marketing Report, and by OMMA as the 2007 Search Agency of the Year. Williams led 360i from its inception in 1998 to its sale in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, he assisted with the strategic integration of the business and ongoing sales and marketing strategy.

Williams has served in executive roles on several boards of directors, including those of the Search Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO), Goizueta Business School Entrepreneurial Leadership Group and the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association (AiMA). He has also served on the advisory boards for Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), Yahoo and MSN Search Councils. A distinguished speaker and recognized industry expert, Williams is a popular presenter at local and national trade events and educational institutions.

In his spare time, Williams enjoys going on runs with his dog, Manu, spending quality time with his wife, adventure travel and extreme sports. Some of his most recent adventures include hiking Mount Kilimanjaro, exploring the Galapagos Islands, trekking the Tour du Mont Blanc, Snowboarding in Whistler, biking through Vietnam, and running in the New York City Marathon and the Xterra National Trail Running Championship. His most recent goal is to complete an Ultra Marathon run in 2010.

Prior to co-founding 360i, Williams was an internet strategy consultant with IBM Global Services. He began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse. Williams earned his undergraduate degree in business administration and accounting from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Emory's Goizueta Business School.

Charles Lumpkin VP Media

Charles has been entrusted with multi-million dollar budgets by companies who demand disciplined, intelligent, and measurable Internet marketing. He is a noted expert in the areas of search marketing, performance display, mobile and social media advertising. He has executed thousands of online marketing campaigns generating over $200 million in revenue.

Lumpkin has experience running online marketing campaigns for leading agencies and brands including The Home Depot, Brink’s Home Security, Liberty Medical, and FootSmart, among others. He has helped brands and agencies improve the ROI of their campaigns through campaign planning, optimization, landing page testing, and improving Web site conversion rates. He currently serves on the board of the Atlanta chapter of SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization) and was previously the Web Analytics chair of AiMA (Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association).

Lumpkin studied Business Management at Georgia Tech where he focused his efforts in Information Technology and Finance. He also met my wife at Tech and is still a loyal Georgia Tech sports fans. He and his wife are softies for dogs. This is why they have two cute pups – a miniature dachshund and a teacup yorkie.

Luis Caballero VP Technology and Product Development

Luis is tasked with leading technology and product development for BLiNQ Media. Formerly, he was the head Technology Director at Vitrue (a social media management technology company) where he led the day-to-day development and tactical implementation of client campaigns for Fortune 1000 brands, overseeing the architecture and technical strategy of over 50 social media applications on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and MySpace.

Caballero has a passion for delivering results through solid project management and benchmarking success based on measurable engagement. He has over a decade of experience in interactive web development, business intelligence, analytical reporting and tactical implementation at both high tech startups and Fortune 100 companies like General Electric, McKesson, and AT&T.

Caballero earned his undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing from New Mexico State University and an MBA from Georgia Tech's College of Management. On the weekends he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boxer dogs, Bella & Bruno, and getting into shape by running and working out at X3 Sports.
